How Do We Know If We're Successful?
In order for us to be successful in reach the goals we set out, we have to define what is the ultimate purpose behind our creative endeavour. Are we trying to increase sales? Are we trying to get a series off the ground? Are we trying to increase brand engagement? Ultimately, we want to answer the question, why are we doing this?
Drilling down to define exactly what we want is the key to being able to being able to steer the rest of the plan into the direction we want it to go, and ensure we get the right resources, time, experience to make all the magic happen.

Once we know “Why We’re Doing This?” it’s time to put together a plan of action. Whether that’s an actual script, marketing plan, or creative brief whatever form it comes in, we collectively use this plan of action as a road map to know where we’re headed.
While it can be somewhat time-consuming, when we don’t make the time to develop this plan of action it can lead to wasted resources in terms of people, finances and time. We use this valuable tool to ensure we make it back to Step #1.

It’s time to get the right people on the bus. Once we have our plan in place, we carefully consider the right talent, experience and personality to join your project and/or team. We aren’t just looking for who’s our closest neighbor. We’re looking for the right fit every time.
In our experience, we’ve found this ensures we get the best possible outcome with less stress and wasted resources all around.
PUTTING THE SCRIPT INTO ACTION.
Now that we have a plan and the right people, it’s time to get started on the actual work. This is where the rubber hits the road. This is also where we find out if our plan actually works, and whether (usually) some adjustment is needed. It’s rare as it is in life that anything goes according to plan.
This is where the right people come into play. Using our proprietary analyses processes, we work with you to adjust the sails of the ship to get us back on course.

Are We On Track?
Periodically, we like to check in on our project dashboard and see if we are headed in the right direction. Sometimes, we think we’re okay, but if we drill down a little further, we find we’ve started Tokyo drifting. It’s important to course correct every once and awhile to ensure that we again, get back to square one.
