Contact Point 360 came to VidaCher with a few challenges. They need a refresh of their brand to help them communicate who they are, and how they were different than their competitors. Standing out from the competition was a very important aspect to the project as the contact center industry is highly commoditized and it required bold communications to stand out from the pack. The team at VidaCher were able to help Contact Point 360 develop a brand identity (including logo and icons) and develop a website that explained their services and what they offered as succiently as possible, was easy for potential customers to navigate and offered a special page to help them explain to customers what made them different then other firms in the industry.
TPV is a start-up that was in need of a brand identity was well as a website to communicate with potential customers who they are and what they do.
